Yeah. It isn't like we are doing nothing. Granted, we can't do a whole lot more than nothing, the technology just isn't there yet.

It is a management decision. Sometimes there are synergies that can be achieved by combining entities. Sometimes, they function better as separate units, in the same way a separate Air Force was created once its significance was determined.

There is plenty of work to be done.
