His efforts in NK, which continue to be a work in progress, are certainly not self self serving. Neither are those in Iran.

The guy loves nothing better than a parade in his honor. So if it's all about a handshake, a photo opportunity with plenty of pomp and circumstance, and some bro bonding, which is all it is so far with NK and Russia, then it's exceedingly self serving. As would be Iran and more Russia.
