Hi Jay,
The new accounting rules mean we show two numbers - in the past this was primary EPS and Fully diluted EPS, both of which take into account in different ways the number of shares the company could buy back if all options were sold at market price and the company used proceeds to buy back shares . It's a bit complex, but basically both numbers were impacted by options.

Following new rules, we will show Basic EPS and Fully diluted (i.e. no primary) - Basic is just that, the basic number of shares outstanding - which at the time of the CC was about 20.9 million - this number obviously goes down when the company buys back and cancels shares and up when people exercise options. Fully diluted remains as before.

Best regards,
David
