It doesn't take a conspiracy theorist to look at the facts that ZTE gets sanctioned, the Chinese make a $550 million investment that boosts the value of some Trump projects and then Trump, out of the blue and over the objections of Congress, decides to lift those sanctions. His announced reason? Over concern for Chinese workers... If that isn't bribery, it certainly looks like it. Those are not lies.
