Harold, let me add, the more I think about this sale of 144 shares( even
though it was only 5000), the more I don't approve of it(not that my
approval was needed.) This is sh.tty timing, especially if management
intends to ask us to increase the number of authorized shares(dilution)
for possible issuance to American Physicians Service Group, Inc. ("APS")
and possibly the remaining debenture holders( I don't know if all the
debentures have been converted yet). I hope management, thinks hard and
long about this proposed increase. I wonder why these entities can't be
offered 144 restricted shares like the ones this VP is selling? Food for
thought. Don't like it-but still long!

PS: I'd be lieing if I didn't say, I'm glad he only got .15/sh<g> and I
hope it wasn't Chip after his concerned post..

Aren't you concerned the co. has promised financing and NEVER delivered? What about the debentures? What about the 144's? How many more will be let into the float? Seems like you got your hands full here, my suggestion is maybe a little less slumming it on the RMIL thread and taking care of things at home.
