we have Mr Tweet to thank for this - additional tariffs on Turkey has Turkey meeting with a Russian diplomat today - their discussion will be how to do increased trade without using the American dollar........ If I did not know better I would think Mr Tweet is acting as a mole for the Russians or at least acting on their behalf........ and no I do not think that is the case. What we are seeing is the consequence of acting the tough policeman and looking like a bully.
