How much dilution of stock are we seeing, so far this year?

In Feb 2018 we saw the issuing of about 1.3 million new shares to raise $1.2 million. And with those shares were paired with another 1.3 million options.

In August we have $2 million raised with about 2.2 million new shares, paired with about 1.1 million options.

So Joe is adding 3.5 million shares and 2.4 million options.

Bonus factoid: of the $1.2 million raised in Feb 2018 only about $127 thousand remained on the balance sheet as of June 30, 2018.

Bonus Bonus Factoid: If cash burn continues at the trailing twelve month rate JH will have to raise more money in the first half of 2019 to avoid a Going Concern Letter from the auditors.

Is the SP going to go up? No. Not until the financials can get improved enough to get REFR off of life support.

Is the SP going to get over and stay over a buck? Nope, and nobody will be exercising their options in the next 12 months.

I wonder where REFR will be trading next year?

And you know why you won’t see SPD in the US and Canada architecture?

They do not have a licensee with a UL listing.

Sorry, George, no MSC with SPD.

See www.ul.com

Sage has it

View has it

Not Gauzy

Not Vision Systems

Not InspecTech

Not RFI

not SPD

So sad, too bad, no SPD
