View Tech to Resell VideoServer's Multimedia Conference Servers

Tech, Inc. (Nasdaq:VUTK), the largest U.S. reseller of videoconferencing
solutions, has chosen to market VideoServer's Multimedia Conference Servers
(MCS). Based on the terms of the agreement, View Tech will work directly with
VideoServer to resell VideoServer's line of MCSs, offering View Tech customers
timely and unprecedented access to state-of-the art multipoint conferencing
solutions.

conferencing among multiple sites and across different networks, including
