$80 to $130 million dollar financing on a non-dilutive basis in three stages over the next 18 months

Does this imply that the assets of the company will increase by $80-130 million without an increase in the number of shares?

In return HealthMed would own about 1 million shares (30% of Katz's holdings) and having voting rights for another 2.4 million, plus whatever they've bought on the open market. That's still less than 10% of the stock.
