Interesting that the husband is in the military where PERSONAL responsibility and accountability to your unit (in this case, family) is of paramount importance. How come the husband did not take responsibility for seeing to it that his wife got help and, knowing that his wife had a problem, that his child was properly looked after. "Just another helpless victim, I guess", I say without a trace of sarcasm.

If the govenor and the *State* want to talk about addiction and cancer and related deaths why don't they discuss tabacco?

That would save many more lives!!!
