Holger:

First of all please accept my sincere apologies for misspelling you name. I am deeply sorry. My fingers sometime type faster than what I want to write.

Since you live in Germany I would appreciate it very much if I can have your thoughts on Germany's economy. We hear so much talk in the US that Europe is doing very well and its anticipated economic growth rate will offset the South East Asian situation. Germany as having perhaps the best economy in Europe is a good indicator of how Europe will do in the coming year and beyond. At the same time I have been hearing about the rising unemployment in Germany and possible recession. In your view from what you see everyday do you believe Germany's economy is in for tough times ahead or the growth contines to go well? If Europe is growing nicely I am confident the South East Asian problem will have little (if any at all) real impact on the US corporations, otherwise.. well... thats another story!
