I feel Gish Galloped.

E.g. when a creationist says to a geologist
When did you stop hiding the fossil showing a human riding a dinosaur?
There are actually three propositions embedded that most people of integrity feel they need to debunk. 1) that there are such fossils, 2) the scientist is dishonest, 3) they bear personally responsible for the people believing wrongly that people didn't ride dinosaurs.

One such multiple-point proposition is offered, and if it is debunked (as hard as that is), then the Galloper moves on to another unrelated and equally absurd data-less claim - e.g. Surgeons are not data driven.

Anyone who knows anything about hospitals knows that the staff KNOWS who's good. Outcomes are monitored but not necessarily shared with the public. Most peers won't speak shit about anyone but if you ask "Which of these three doctors would you send your mother to if she had my condition?" - there's a 95% chance you'll get something true if you listen carefully.

Truth is problematic when people roll with their gut feel. For instance, the SCROTUS sends them "if you are white and privileged, I'm not going to take that from you" dog whistle. For those who are susceptible - they hear "I'm your MAN! (White Male Gender Matters!!) ." Endorphins flow and then the cognitive dissonance lights up. Active filter on! They can't respond to

"Why do you not call your SCROTUS on his BS and conflicting statements about Global Climate Change?"

because it cuts off the "high".
