I think that means a 32Mbyte SDRAM DIMM module that has a eeprom that contains the spd data required. All SDRAM modules and EDO DIMM modules have this but not normally described like that. You need to make sure is the latest 4 clock version and whether is unbuffered or buffered
and if it meets Intels 66mhz spec usually denoted by a -10 on the module, but not always. Everyone is marking their modules differently so may require some questions. The slower modules are cheap so beware as you do not want those for your 430TX or 440LX based system.
