I think a lot of people had lost sight of this fact on this thread and others. Some people seemed to be overly concerned with the 50000 sh/ea. the Harrison's listed as "intent to sell" on the filing last year and subsequently on other filings but these shares were from the GS acquisition. This would still leave them with the 1 million shares from Darlington. They are not bailing as some shareholders have feared.
