A license depends on many things, usually how much money it can generate. I've seen licenses from 1% to double figures, usually 2% - 3%. If $billions will be involved 3% is pretty good, if less $s, then a higher % is OK, but one needs to know how valuable the license is. I do not think that is known at this time.

What do you think?

The licensing terms matter but it is something to consider when the FDA approves the drug - because that approval if not forthcoming changes the value immensely and vice versa.

It's kinda like easy street vs the gutter.

Now try and put a negative perspective on that!
