What do you mean by "Scam".

It seems to me that if some one had bought a bucnh of shares, lets say between $0.3 and 0.4, and decided to sell when it reached, lets say $1.5, what would that do to the price. Now, if several people did the same thing, clearly it will impact the price even more.

Opposite is also true.

Are there some shareholders, other than the insiders, who should not be selling when they want because we do not happen to like it. Shorts have the same problem when people start buying at the wrong time.

If some one is in just for trading and making a quick buck, but is not quick on his/her feet, he or she has no one else to blame.
