We have sold some of our INTCW, and, of course, will sell all of it well before March 10th (it's in an IRA, so we can't convert). I'm not sure what will happen with the proceeds short term; it's possible that the analysts assertion of INTC being "dead meat" for the next few months could be correct. I don't think that there is much downside risk, but I don't see much upside opportunity either, especially for the 1st and 2nd quarter of 1998. I will be back into INTC sometime in the 2nd half of this year. I am absolutely convinced that Intel will double to quadruple (and probably quadruple or more) within 4 years (by 12/31/2001). There are no other stocks that I am comfortaable with that have such a high possibility of returning 50% to 100% per year over this period.

Boy, how I wish that the Roth IRA had been created 4 or more years ago.
