Lack of quotes,

If you are having problems retrieving some quotes or having update problems with some symbols (graphs), try the following:

Go to the folder that contains the ITrader.exe. During set-up the default was C:/Program Files/ITrader/Itrader.exe you might have changed this so make sure the folder you are working with has the ITrader.exe file in it. With the ITrader program NOT running, remove all of the files with the extension .dat. These files will be recreated when you restart the ITrader application.

Go ahead and restart the application and all stock prices should update properly.

We have tested the symbols that have been e-mailed to us and have not had any problems retrieving continuous quotes.
