Now ask yourself this, do the shorts have any impact on the company's ability to develop and test a product? Not directly. But indirectly the shorts have an impact on the company's ability to raise money with which to do said development and testing...then again, maybe it is simply the terms under which money could be raised and the pain associated with said money-raising. Generally, I think NNVC management has made their own beds, and long shareholders' beds as well.
