Mike, I think TM was talking about Jenkins' salary. Jenkins owns a lot more than 130k shares. I think he owns about 580K shares, according to the annual report. He cannot bail out so quickly, he must file with the SEC before he sells, just as he must register with the SEC to buy. Plus, the market is not liquid enough for him or any other insiders to dump that much stock without dropping the price. As for people from out of state going to the Annual meeting. What's wrong with that, Denver in the winter is a great place to vacation so while on vacation why not attend the annual meeting of your favorite company. Remember people who rode this up from 2 have made quite a bundle. Mike, I don't think you are on solid ground on these arguements.
