OK, what is a patent good for?

An assignment is from the inventor to a company or other entities. ONLY people can invent. Companies can't, only own.

A license is from the patent owner, person or company, to users for a consideration, $1 +.

I've seen $1 ones and $million ones.

What has this to do with NNVC? There is no product, process/method or apparatus for sale.
