FUGAZI, As as as I know, LGND has been negotiating with the same company for well over a year. I'm not sure what the attraction is. Bernie indicated taht LGND was now holding firm to its position, and it sounds like the drop dead deadline is the end of thsi month. I expect to see a deal announced this quarter. The scientists have been ready to go for some time now and I would think that the income from the deal was included in the revised estimates by Bear Stearns.
