Surely you understand that Mueller can tag pretty much anyone he wants for some charge or another. We're talking politicians, political operatives, attorneys, MIC clowns.... When the full might of the US "Justice" system is turned against anyone, the unlimited resources will bankrupt just about anyone. Meanwhile, no Russian collusion at all. I'm not losing any sleep if a crooked attorney gets 3 years in a cushy Country Club camp somewhere. He can bone up on his tennis game like the Nixon gang did in Lompoc.
