Mike, yes they have to file within a month, but to dump that much volume would serve nobody's purpose. They would not be able to get out fast enough. If this were a sham, as you imply, you would certainly see much more insider selling after such a huge runup (from 2 to 6-7 or so). I see no insider selling. The fact that Jenkins bought with his own money (20K is nothing to sneeze at in my book) says that he has confidence that things are on track and that he feels the stock will go higher. After all, he could have sold the 3600 shares instead of buying, right?
