Ken, I do not know if a purchase price has been established yet. I have been tied up with relatives for the last two weeks. I have been trying to keep up with the thread, but have not been able to do much DD. I just took my guests to the airport. Now I can get back to work.

If I hear anything I will let you know. I would assume, that if there is a signed agreement, as indicated in a post yesterday, we will see a news release shortly.
