I believe Seymour and Boniuk left because they did not want to piss more time and money down a drain but won't say so because they hope to get SOMETHING of value for their work which is a lot of shares. If they sold all their shares now, they'd be lucky to get pennies I sold out after they left, feel stupid for lasting so long and yet I look smart getting out before another 50% drop. It is POSSIBLE that the decline is part of an overall risk-off for the sector as another, similar stock I own, much more successful than NNVC also saw its share price hammered. Of course it is up maybe 30% recently while this stock has yet to find a bottom. My other stock also has many more products and partnerships that pay milestone payments and ROYALTIES for a compound that is in the new Shingles vaccine that was responsible for making its effectiveness go from 60% to over 90%. That vaccine SLASHED the market size for the product NNVC is working on... oh well.... I may return and buy shares if they fix the problems with the corporate structure.
