Money received. I didn't make any additional phone calls and received an email from the mailbot on Friday indicating my request was received (?!). The wire did go through on Friday. I'd like to thank Angela S. for calling me well after 5:00 EST on Friday to confirm the wire had gone through. While I've yet to use Datek extensively, I am convinced the world's a better place with Datek pressuring the status quo with its innovations. However, this delay in getting my money is obviously unacceptable. I can not urge Datek enough to beef up its support operations to prevent future problems like this.
