well kevin the problem I see with that is that you have to look at the problem objectively in order to fine-tune it.

Like saying the entry on the last trade wasnt the problem it was the exit and because I said it was the entry you said I didnt understand your system.

Was the entry the problem or the exit...it makes a difference on the research and the fine tuning

For me, the purpose of your system is to hit the trend....
if you dont get the trend you have to bail..two distinct different things...OR you can hold on and hope the trend reverses back to why you entered...and that one has killed me so many times.

Of course an exit is an issue if the entry isnt appropriate.

how far do you let your trade go today if the entry wasnt proper...or will you say the entry wasnt the problem ...it was the exit as in the last trade

do you see the difference????

perhaps this is just me not being able to explain myself as usual.

Of course you have February calls so you have lots of room and I highly doubt you will lose any money in the long run...even if you dont make it today.
