again my friend... I do love dogs and I will answer every one of these ... running out of money,.... well they said they can complete tox test... price higher ... agreed.... lost the confidence of shareholders... blood in the streets... who cares , unable to execute... according to who... you and your dog...., unwilling to commit to a schedule... they are doing there best- a brand new technology that has glitches....., auditors question the company as a "going concern... please that is the nomenclature and you know it as well as your dog knowing it.....", when board members are jumping off the ship(yes would like to know why boniuk resigned....., when it appears the CEO is unceremoniously fired ... he had never brought a drug to fda and dr. t has...., Chairman of Board has locked up the company in a licensing agreement that has made it his personal piggy bank.... his financial windfall is with nnvc not theracour...., etc.), and the share price drops...you most likely have lost money whether you are ready to sell at that point or not.
