Humbly report, . . . part of the awareness problem (and the utilities should 100% be long past the awareness stage now--they should all be nearing the finish of their equipment replacment order time!) might be because the engineers in the plants have never dealt with embedded chip firmware programming and consequently do not suspect that there could be a problem.
