Newmont has agreed to purchase 4,848,401 shares of the company at a price of $1.50 per share for gross proceeds of $7,272,601.50. Proceeds from the private placement will provide financing for the Cuale high sulphidation epithermal gold project in Jalisco, Mexico, and for general corporate purposes.
