I don't qualify as a tech analyst tho I use it as a backup. I'd say that MTIC is still bumping along in oversold territory tho a couple of oscillators have turned up recently and stochastics may turn up tonite if the current activity holds. For a breakout, I think you'd need to get beyond the 13 dollar level.

This is the best percentage gain on my watch list today. Up 3/8 in the last 5 mintes of trading on 20K shares or so. We'll know more if we gap up in the a.m. This much action on a down day on the DOW does not compute to casual investor interest.

Also, look at BXH chart for this week. The day after it surged to 13 3/4, it tanked to 10 1/4 for no apparent reason.
