CORRECTION: My quote server has been misbehaving today (LOMBARDS). Volume is normal (not low as mentioned in my last post) and it appears FORE opened @ 16 3/4 (not 17 as I thought) so no upgap was made. The failure @ 30 WMA remains true however.

Ed -

I agree with a past failures, but it's only 4 trading days until
earnings announcement, so it's not a surprise for me that institutions
are cautious. This is a third day in row when buyers outnumber sellers seriously and stock price shows.

Give me 5/8 20 times in a row - I'll take it :)
