Bob: Your argument in this matter is pointless.
Everen has that policy, and it doesn't matter when they impliment it.
Anyone who posts anywhere, after Jan 9th will probably be looking for a new job.IMO
You may not like it, you may disagree with it, but that is the way it is.
Blaming Pugs for Everen's policy is ridiculous.
They are protecting their interests from possible lawsuts.
Do you honestly think that Pugs is the only person in America?
To be accurate, find out when that policy was initiated by Everen..
If you find that it was initiated by Pugs complaints, then I will apologise.
I think you will find that it is a long standing policy, brought about by some event that happened in the past, or that they think will happen in the future. al

I feel quite sure that Kugler hasn't stopped his DD, the only thing that changes as a result of his not posting, is the shareholders won't be able to take advantage of his expertise and his findings. No loss to Kugler, but a loss to those whose money is on the line. The restriction of information to all shareholders inures to the benefit of those who are privy to inside information from the company itself. Those who don't toe the" Riley" line will probably be the last to know. <G>
