According to Yahoo profile on PWAV:

7.8 million shares for float
17.8 shares overall

Just today, PWAV has traded about 60% of the float or about 25% of the overall shares outstanding. This has created a great base to work from. I always consider the difference between float and shares outstanding are being held by insiders and I don't think they will be selling at these prices

An addition, the company plans on buying another 500,000 shares. That's just a little over $5.0 million of there $67.0 million in the bank.

Sorry guys,

there are legitimate reasons why the stock got hammered today.

They mentioned orders WILL be postponed or possibly cancelled. If they don't find new business elsewhere, they will not meet the original estimates next quarter.

In December, their forward looking statements painted a much rosier picture. I think that management was informed of the news of the order postponements/cancellations within the last few weeks. Otherwise, I don't think they would have bought back shares in the 4th Quarter.
