The KPMG statement was posted several weeks ago and so feel from to search through the endless piles of garbage stacked up on this thread. The comment by the independent auditor (something you must have to list) was that they were dropping SYCR because of failure to supply accurate information after repeated requests; their concern about negative shareholder equity; and the concern that SYCR might go under completely. You will have to get the exact article yourself but I am sure that's a reasonably accurate summary of what they said.
