Scott You are so right- Luckily I have most of my money in IRAs and I can trade willy nilly and not care about the horror of end of the year tax accounting. I was entering all my trades in my IRAs in my Money program so I could track it but gave up because of all the time I spent doing it. The brokerage account tells me cash available for the day so I just need to track the trades for the day. There is quite a pile of confirms in my closet from my IRA. I think I will burn them.
