Red herring, indeed! The licensing terms merely spell out the patently unfair split of revenues & expenses. Why would any would-be investor give a hoot about that arrangement?

The share price will never have a sustained upward move if investors can't imagine some positive cash flow in their collective future. Our current share price is a reflection of that dismal sentiment today.
