Breaking through the ma has usually drawn in some TA investors and helped the volume...> And I see the (perhaps more available) 200DMA at 11 3/4, so the chart seems to be with you by several measures. And as a longer term (6-12 months) investment, I think IDTI is in a great position to take advantage of the inevitable move to cheaper computers. Though Asia at this point would still concern me for the next quarter or two. Good luck.
