Snip- In a sum-of-the-parts analysis, Campbell is worth $45.72 a share, JPMorgan said. Dan Loeb might be happy with that price. IMO-How could the Dorrance family and Shareholders be happy with that price? This when the stock sold in the mid sixties two years ago.

IMO that is a quick takeout price. I'll take the phase from my thread header if a transaction doesn't occur.

With time involved, chances are the stock price will improve just on fundamentals alone, (Sales growth, earnings growth. Many times this will be at a higher stock price than a quick take out price.
