It is NEXT Wednesday...you know it is ALWAYS next Wednesday with these deals...but in this case the weather in Seattle is freezing cold and that is the reason for the delay..from what I hear there have been no real problems and the core should be in hand shortly. I believe the price will start to move as soon as core is in hand since that would be a material difference even before the analysis is done. I think one has about another week to buy at these prices, and then the march begins, and if they have a winner, then we can buy a villa in Portugal for our little get together and celebration.
