Dave, MRK possibly recycled the setup. It may not be a requirement for the day before a recycled setup begins to close lower than 4 days previous. If that is the case (I've seen it happen several times), MRK would be on day 8 of the countdown with the intersection on 12/12. As you may or may not know, I started a thread on the sequential many months ago in an attempt to further refine it. It was quite a can of worms and I let the thread pass into oblivion. It's still there if you type Sequential" into the subject search. I was even recognized for some of my work there by TD's inner circle.
