MBA, I think that some investors who buy without doing extensive... due diligence can be scared away very easily...especially when "deadlines" are not strictly met, which in the business world is a not uncommon. People who just buy into a "sure thing" on a "hot tip" are not investors. It took me weeks of investigation before I bought into this company... The price in the meantime went up but I felt that even at the higher price it would be worth it in the long run...BTW, I do sleep well, too ...with the confidence that NorAm is a good long term investment. JMO.
