Give consideration to sending a letter to the chairman and to each of DSC's outside board of directors addressing that issue. I brought up the same concerns in a letter to those individuals last October or November 1997. There was no response, but it does not hurt to send letters. Do not waste time with corporate communications/investor relations people. Take a look at the 6/30/95 earnings report, the chairman talked about future prospects back then. Unfortunately, there was an infamous earnings warning issued in October 1995, and it has been downhill ever since. For more than two years now, the chairman has blamed everyone but himself.
