Henry, I agree. But what he did was train Buddy to sniff first. If Buddy likes what he sniffs, Bill goes into action. This is the sniff test replacing the litmist test. Only in America. Nobody asked the question, why a male dog? there must be a story here. And who can forget those vivid shots of Buddy trying to get at the pussy cat on the white house lawn. i think the cats name is socks. so now we know that buddy likes p---y too.
