Yes, as I understand it, Myriad handles the payroll, and hence the source of the 60 million in billings. The mark-up is obviously not on taxes, but on health, dental, orthidony, life insurance, 401K even workman's comp. The companies percieve it as a savings compared to what they have to pay as a small business. You can liken it to long distance resellers. They bulk buy long distance and resell it to small businesses and individuals at a better rate than they are used to paying and still make money on the spread.
