I'm a light smoker as well. Maybe a couple times a week. The weed is so much better now as opposed to way back when. One hit and I'm high.

Definitely makes me concentrate better, not sure if productivity is an higher but tasks are certainly more enjoyable while buzzed.

wait a minute... you're saying that holding smoke in your lungs for longer periods of time is good for you lungs??.... LOL, or did I misread that

There is actually indications that the draw and hold practice that is common amongst pot smokers increases lung capacity at level that is statistically significant
