How could you tell. Oops I guess my blatant cheering is showing. I very recently arranged a loan of less than $5000 to the company, payable in shares. They are going straight into my RRSP. They needed the money to put together the offering for the convertible preferred. That's how I know about it. It is sad in a way, that a company I invested in didn't have it in the bank. But my downside is limited (This is worth 6 cents as a shell) and they are a long ways from going under! You may have been able to tell, I am impressed with the potential. No guarantees, no promises right now, but great potential.
