Hollingsworth, Lustig, and Patel ---?---'d Presstek. It was settled out of court. They apparently paid something. They won't be doing it any more. It's Steve's impression that the word in the blank was not "libel", that nothing was admitted, that they were just offering helpful and truthful information to the investing masses. And of course that woman that called Hollingsworth repeatedly on CNBC with questions about Presstek that elicited his bashing remarks while he was short the stock?---Well, she was just a fellow member of the teaching professions, along with Hollingsworth and Ivan and Patel.
