MOOV to get .75 shares of VUPDA

So what you are really doing is getting VUPDA shares at a 23% discount to current ask. Any possibility the merger won't go through?

Do you think dilution is fully accounted in VUPDA shares? With the price of Video Update going from 4.5 to 2.375, one would think so.
